Two important reminders for this Sunday:

1. Beginning this Sunday, we won’t be having our 7pm service during the summer months. Join us for worship at 9:30am, 11:15am or 5pm at Austin High School.

2. The Capital of Texas Triathlon will cause major road closures in downtown Austin on Sunday morning. If you are attending either of our morning services, you will need to take an alternate route to get to Austin High School. Click here for directions.

The goal of The Austin Stone’s Get Trained ministry is to stir the heart and renew the mind so that you might live a redemptive life. During the summer we focus on developing new and existing leaders in our church. Leadership Track starts June 8 and is open to everyone. It’s a multi-week opportunity to get trained for the leadership roles you are already in or to get connected to new areas of service. Our aim is that you will be refreshed and prepared with specific leadership goals for the coming year. Read more and sign up online.

At 7pm next Tuesday (May 27) we’re having a special prayer gathering to pray about the land we’re considering in the St. John’s neighborhood. We’ll meet at Grace Covenant Church [map].

All kids and parents are invited to join us at our VBS Backyard Blastoff Party! After the 9:30am and 11:15am services on May 25, we’ll have a party outside the main entrance to the church. This is your FIRST chance to sign your children up for VBS as well as hear more about this year’s theme. There will be games, snacks, and plenty of fun! 3 years through 5th grade can attend. We hope you’ll join us.

Mission: Possible! Austin is looking for men to be group leaders at Nikos Summer Camp June 7-14th in Rosebud, TX (near Temple). Come be a mentor for boys ages 6-11 from the East Austin community.
